SECURE FLIGHT PASSENGER DATA
Before you travel to or via the USA, you must provide your airline with the following information:
- Full name as it appears on passport (including middle names)
- Date of Birth
- Gender

If you are travelling with Virgin Atlantic and you have been provided with an airline reference in the 'Flight Information' section of your travel documents, please complete the 'Secure Flight form'.
Please note that for some Virgin Atlantic bookings you may be required to enter your details directly onto the Virgin Atlantic website. This applies to your booking if you do not have an airline reference on your travel documents. We will write to you around 2 months prior to your departure with full instructions on how to submit the required information.
If you are travelling with Thomson Airways please click here to submit the Secure Flight information to the airline. You will be required to log in using your airline reference, which can be found in the ‘Flight Information’ section of your Jetsave documents. Please note you will only be able to log in from 6 months prior to your departure.
If you are travelling with Thomas Cook Airlines please click here to submit the Secure Flight information to the airline. You will be required to log in using your airline reference, which can be found in the ‘Flight Information’ section of your Jetsave documents. Please note you will only be able to log in from 2 months prior to your departure.
If you are travelling with Monarch please click here to submit the Secure Flight information to the airline. You will be required to log in using your airline reference, which can be found in the ‘Flight Information’ section of your Jetsave documents.
To submit the information for each passenger on your booking please submit the 'Secure Flight' form.
If there are more than 8 passengers on your booking please email your details as listed above for each passenger to SFPD@tuispecialist.com Alternatively you can call Jetsave on 0844 415 9880**. Please note that we recommend, where possible, that this information is supplied electronically.
'Secure Flight' Form
Please fill in all the information for each person on your booking. All fields are compulsory for passenger information except for Redress number that you may not have available.
The details you enter must be the same as they appear on the passport.
Once you have completed and confirmed the entry fields, we store it securely in our system until we are required to transmit the information to the appropriate authorities electronically via a secure network.
We adhere to UK and EU data protection laws and your information will only be sent to authorised government agencies and used for the purposes of Border Control and Security. Your data will not be used for any marketing purposes. Once transmitted the information will be retained in line with the various government API requirements and will not be used for any other purpose. The USA requires us to provide the following privacy notice:
The transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender for the purpose of watchlist screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available. Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice.
