Of course, the highlight of the harbour cruise is the up-close view of the Statue of Liberty National Monument and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum, two of the most celebrated landmarks in the USA.
On Top of the World
The Empire State Building is the tallest building in NYC. If you think it is beautiful from the ground, wait until you see the view from the top! There's nothing like the feeling you'll get when you finally reach the top and look out beyond the observation deck...it's almost as if you're at the top of the world and can see endlessly over the mecca that is New York City. The elevator ride to the top is almost worth the entire trip, shooting straight up at lightening speeds in the country's longest elevator ride!
New York by Night

Sit back and enjoy "the city that never sleeps" as you pass the fascinating neighborhoods, attractions and places of interest in Lower Manhattan. Price includes one-way transportation
Boston Duck Tour
The fun begins as soon as you board your "DUCK", an authentic, renovated World War II amphibious landing vehicle. First, you'll be greeted by the ConDUCKtor, who'll be narrating your tour. Then you're off on a journey like you've never had before. You'll see all the places that make Boston the birthplace of freedom and a city of firsts, from the golden-domed State House to Bunker Hill, Boston Common to the Big Dig, Quincy Market to the Prudential Tower, and more. Your ConDUCKtor will be giving you lots of little known facts and interesting insights, and just when you think you've seen it all, there's more. It's time for "Splashdown" as you cruise right into the Charles River for a breathtaking view of the Boston and Cambridge skylines. Please note this tour does not include transportation

Day 3 - New York to Boston
A trio of American states are in our sights today as we leave New York, to cross Connecticut and make our way to Massachusetts, our destination Boston. This bewitching city is a beautiful blend of vibrant modernity and haunting history, university youth and old-school tradition. On arrival in the city, we'll stop at Quincy Market for you to choose a lunch venue in the famous food court. A feast of bars and eateries vie for your attention here, along with fun distractions in the form of street entertainers. We allow ample time for you to enjoy the unique atmosphere of this bustling place before taking you on a tour of the cities historic highlights - Copley Square, Faneuil Hall, Boston Common and the famous Freedom Trail (which you may like to follow on foot at your leisure later in the day). After checking-in at your overnight hotel, chat to your Tour Director for tips on independent sightseeing, and perhaps have a drink at the Cheers bar during your free evening.

Day 4 - Boston to Quebec City
A day like today proves the theory that the journey is as important as the destination, for our route takes us north across the scenically splendid state of New Hampshire to the international border, continuing through pretty little Sherbrooke to the point where the mighty St. Lawrence meets the St. Charles River, and finally into Quebec City - the French Canadian state capital. We'll check-in to our downtown hotel immediately on arrival to give you the maximum time for independent discovery. An intriguing maze of charming streets criss-cross Old Quebec enclosed and sheltered by the sturdy city walls. Topping the hill is the huge confection that forms the famous Chateau, while beneath it the boardwalk is a popular promenade. You may like to join us on an optional tour this evening, giving you a glimpse of local landmarks and including a meal at a typical city restaurant.
Accommodation - Hotel Pur.
Day 5 - Quebec City
A promising mix of sightseeing, shopping and strolling, the day begins with an included orientation tour of North America's only walled city that will take you past the Chateau, the Place des Armes, Place Royal and many other elegant buildings that make up Quebec. This afternoon and evening are at leisure to enjoy on your own or join us for an optional dinner excursion.
Accommodation - Hotel Pur.
Day 6 - Quebec City to Montreal
With the waters of the St. Lawrence beside us all the way, it's a short run from Quebec this morning to the river island city of Montreal. Less English than Victoria, less French than Quebec, the bi-lingual city is a metropolitan mix of the two; a European hybrid with a healthy helping of pure Canadian character. Home to 10% of the country's population, it is second only to Toronto in size - and second to none in upbeat vibrancy. With skyscraper towers in the downtown area, an 'Underground City' of malls and food courts, and Parisian-style cafes in the Latin quarter, the blend of old and new provides the best of both worlds too. And with 4000 restaurants (including a little Chinatown district) you shouldn't have any trouble finding a great place for dinner. We check-in to your overnight hotel on arrival in Montreal, leaving the remainder of the day at leisure.
Accommodation - Maritime Plaza.
Day 7 - Montreal to Ottawa
A morning departure from Montreal sees us leaving the banks of the St. Lawrence for a brief but beautiful detour to Canada's graceful capital city. Your day is your own to enjoy the city as the mood takes you, but for those who would like a guided tour of the highlights, your Tour Director would be happy to arrange a spot of sightseeing.
Accommodation - Capital Hill Hotel & Suites.
Day 8 - Ottawa to Toronto
From the manicured gardens of Ottawa's parks to less tamed and quite lush rural greenery, we leave the capital, turning south to head back to the river. Our westerly route from here runs adjacent to the Thousand Islands before journeying to the cosmopolitan city of Toronto.
Accommodation - Courtyard by Marriott.
Day 9 - Toronto
You'll have no trouble filling a thrilling day in this thriving city, though optional tours are available to help you make the most of every minute. A handy 'lie-of-the-land' optional tour takes you to landmarks including the Dominion Center, Casa Loma Castle, Commerce Court and the Old and New City Halls, and makes a good orientation tour for individual exploration. Inveterate shoppers, gourmets and gourmands should head for the glass dome of Eaton Place, sheltering a cornucopia of eateries and emporiums. Those with a good head for heights shouldn't miss the chance to take a trip to the top of the CN Tower, the tallest free standing structure in the world. For a meal with mood food and a view, try the stylish bars and restaurants along the waterfront. And for a taste of Toronto both timeless and futuristic, stroll through the city's Maple Leaf Gardens then see the awesome architecture of the Skydome Stadium. Whatever you want, you've got it in Canada's most upbeat city.
Accommodation - Courtyard by Marriott.
