Optional Excursions

New York Harbour Cruise
Experience a narrated harbour cruise sailing up the Hudson and East Rivers in Manhattan. You will cruise by historic sites such as the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Colgate Clock. Of course, the highlight of the harbour cruise is the up-close view of the Statue of Liberty National Monument and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum, two of the most celebrated landmarks in the USA. (The Harbour Cruise may not be available before 28 April)
Top of the World
The Empire State Building is the tallest building in NYC. If you think it is beautiful from the ground, wait until you see the view from the top! There's nothing like the feeling you'll get when you finally reach the top and look out beyond the observation deck...it's almost as if you're at the top of the world and can see endlessly over the mecca that is New York City. The elevator ride to the top is almost worth the entire trip, shooting straight up at lightening speeds in the country's longest elevator ride!
New York by night
New York's only Double Decker tour where you stop and visit the Historic Brooklyn Fulton Ferry Landing for breathtaking views of the glittering necklace of Manhattan's skyline. Get a bird?s eye view of "the city that never sleeps" as you pass the fascinating neighbourhoods, attractions and places of interest in Lower Manhattan.
Niagara Falls Dinner
Dinner tonight will be at one of Niagara?s famous landmarks. You will enjoy a lavish buffet in a restaurant above the river gorge that is the pinnacle of good taste. After dinner, a visit to the observation deck offers views of the Falls that will take your breath away. (Plated dinner will be substituted when buffet is not available)
CN Tower & Lunch
We are off to enjoy a lunch with a view of Toronto from atop the CN Tower, the world?s tallest freestanding structure. After lunch there is time to explore the Observation Deck with a spectacular panorama over the city. A glass floor 113 stories above the ground lets those who dare, walk on air!
Niagara Falls Experience
Enjoy a ride aboard the world famous Maid of the Mist. You will cruise to the base of the American Falls and then on to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Water rushes all around as you ?soak? in the excitement and feel the thunder of the falls. Then it?s on to the IMAX Theatre to learn about the events of Niagara Falls through history. Re-visit the discovery of the falls by the first European explorers and see the original Maid of the Mist steamship travel the rapids of Niagara. This show includes many key moments in Niagara?s history including the Great Blondin who performed the first tightrope walk over the falls and witness Annie Taylor become the first person to go over the falls in a barrel.(Journey Behind the Falls will be substituted when The Maid of the Mist is non-operational. Maid of the Mist may not be available before Mid May or after 24 October)
Niagara by Helicopter
As the helicopter gently lifts off, the awe-inspiring views of the Niagara Region begin to appear below. We wouldn't want any picture-taking opportunity to be missed so cameras should be ready to go right from the start! The tour follows the Niagara River from the Whirlpool area, over the Whirlpool Rapids and the Rainbow Bridge. The green grass and floral beauty of Queen Victoria Park stretches below as the helicopter passes by the American Falls and the Skylon Tower. Just when it looks as if you may reach the Minolta Tower, the helicopter begins to change direction as if following the curve of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls! Rainbows appear and disappear from all directions.
Oh Canada Eh?!
This dinner show is a musical celebration of Canada that provides an unforgettable experience. Multi-talented singers perform Canadian songs in a log cabin and wilde
