Day 1 - Los Angeles
We will meet you on arrival in Los Angeles International airport and transfer you to your central Hollywood hotel to start your western America escorted tour with a two night stay.

Day 2 - Los Angeles
Take in Hollywood's star studded sights with our morning sightseeing tour. You will have time to visit Hollywood Boulevard's Walk of Fame and have your lunch at one of the many eateries. Use your free time this afternoon to explore the rest of LA or join one of our optional excursions.*

Day 3 - Los Angeles to Scottsdale
Journey through rural America to Scottsdale, Arizona. Set in the heart of the Valley of the Sun, Scottsdale has more than 300 days of sunshine a year. This evening, join our optional 'Taste of the West'* dinner, where you'll enjoy live country music, a cowboy style dinner and panoramic views of the Phoenix area.

Day 4 - Scottsdale to Grand Canyon
Some of nature's most amazing creations are along our route today, so keep the camera handy for unique holiday pictures. You may even capture personal auras when we stop in Sedona - famed for the 'psychic cosmic energy' of its setting. From here to Flagstaff the 27 mile drive cuts through Oak Creek Canyon - with its Ponderosa forest and tall cliff wall of russet red and stark white. Our destination is the biggest natural attraction of them all - the Grand Canyon itself, and we arrive in ample time for you to enjoy the breathtaking view from the South Rim.

Day 5 - Grand Canyon to Las Vegas
Set your alarm clock if you want to watch the sun rising over the Canyon. Then leave Arizona's famous red canyon for somewhere completely different - the bright lights of Las Vegas, stopping on the way at the historic Route 66 town of Seligman, inspiration for the Disney movie Cars.

Days 6 & 7 - Las Vegas
See the whole world in a day with a stroll down Las Vegas' Strip past its unforgettable themed hotels. Where else in the world could you see the Roman Forum, Luxor's Pyramids and Venice's canals all in one day? With two whole days at leisure to explore Vegas you'll be spoilt for choice over what to do. Whether you fancy having a flutter in the many famous casinos, taking in one of the many first rate shows or enjoying a bird's eye view of the strip on a helicopter ride, your tour director will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

Day 8 - Las Vegas
Relax at your hotel in Las Vegas' year round sunshine, shop for souvenirs or take a final wager in the casinos before transferring to the airport for your flight.
