Cruises
On NCL Freestyle Cruising holidays, from the moment you board, you're free to do what you want when you want to. They've done away with all that 'jacket and tie' stuff and brought in the freedom and fun. Their fleet of 11 luxurious, contemporary cruise ships takes you to beautiful destinations from Alaska to Hawaii, to the Caribbean. So that's great ships, great destinations and no rules.
As far as on-board activities go, you'll be spoilt for choice, from climbing walls to golf nets, bowling alleys to casinos, spas to hot tubs - there's something for everyone. (On-board facilities vary from ship to ship). And the fun continues ashore - how about hiking, wine tasting, scuba diving, off-roading in a fancy 4x4 or simply seeing the sights? No two days are ever the same on our cruises - unless you want them to be, of course.

With NCL, there really is no dress code. You can simply wear what you like – and that means you can dress up in black tie and evening dress if you wish or just wear long trousers. You’re on holiday and you can wear what’s comfortable, so resort casual is perfect.
Dining
NCL Freestyle Cruising lets you dine whenever you want to. There are no fixed times for dinner, no assigned restaurants or dining rooms, no sitting with people you don’t know, or don’t want to get to know, and no dining in the same restaurant or dining room two nights running, unless you want to. Drinks are extra to your cruise fare, as are cover charges in selected speciality restaurants.
Gratuities
It’s a cruising tradition for passengers to pass on their thanks for exceptional service to crew members through gratuities at the end of their cruise. A discretionary service charge of U.S. $12 per person, per day (no charge for children under three) will be added to your shipboard account to cover these tips.
In addition, an automatic gratuity of 15% is added to all drink bills and 18% added for all spa and salon bills. You may, if you wish to reward a particular individual, add an additional tip to these bills; however, there is no obligation to do so.
*Service charges, itineraries and gratuity percentages are subject to change.
