Every escorted tour is accompanied by an experienced tour director who will be on hand from the moment you land to the moment you leave and ensure you have the best holiday ever. Whatever you want to know, just ask, their in-depth local knowledge coupled with genuine enthusiasm, you’ll discover a lot of fascinating information about your chosen destination, from its history and its people to the landscape you’re passing through. With their hands-on customer care skills, your tour director will also ensure everything from your hotel accommodation to your travel arrangements are to your satisfaction.

Wherever you sit on our comfortable coaches, there’s always something different to see. That’s why we operate a seat rotation system. Much appreciated by our guests, this ensures that everyone gets to see a variety of views from different areas of the coach.
Friendly, comfortable hotels
The nature of a touring holiday means you’ll get to experience different types of accommodation along the way. Room sizes, facilities, styles and standards of décor will vary from place to place but, rest assured, they will all meet our high standards of comfort and service. For simplicity in this brochure, we use the word ‘hotel’ to cover all accommodation whether we’re referring to lodges, inns or international hotel groups.
Although rare, on occasion, a named hotel will become unavailable for a particular date in which case we will do our best to find a hotel of similar standard in the same city or area. (Please note that some hotels may operate a non-smoking policy in guest rooms and/or public areas. Please contact our reservations team for any further details).
Food, glorious food
At Jetsave we know that great food and relaxed dining are important features of your dream holiday. We also know that many of you like a choice as to where and when you eat your meals. That’s why on our America and Canada escorted tours, where there are lots of restaurants to choose from, the only meals we include are those onboard overnight train services and cruise liners - all of which are covered in the journey price.
